Shipping and returns

VERY IMPORTANT: 

In special offers such as Black Friday, Sales, etc., refunds will not be made. Only credits.

IMPORTANT

To be able to make an exchange or return, make sure you have tried the bottom with your underwear on. Only products which: are in their perfect original condition, without any stain and perfectly labeled. Changes or returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact hello@agostostudio.es

Register your return or exchange HERE no later than 14 days from the date you received the product. This action will redirect them to Rever, where they will need to input their order number and email address.

All orders canceled before shipment will incur a €6 penalty.

Exchange shipping costs:

  • Spain: 9,80 €
  • Baleares: 19,80 €
  • Europe: The shipping cost will depend on the area.
  • Worldwide: The shipping cost will depend on the area.

Return shipping costs:

  • Spain: 4,90 €

ℹ️ Envíos a Reino Unido

Si compras desde el Reino Unido, ten en cuenta lo siguiente:

  • Nuestros productos salen sin IVA ni aranceles desde España.

  • Al recibir tu pedido, deberás pagar el IVA de tu país.

  • Si tu compra supera las £130, también tendrás que abonar los aranceles aduaneros correspondientes.

🚚 Entregas

  • Enviamos con UPS. Ellos te avisarán por SMS o email con los detalles de los gastos aduaneros.

  • UPS hace 2 intentos de entrega. Si el paquete se guarda para un tercer intento, se generarán costes de almacenaje adicionales.

🔄 Devoluciones

Si el pedido vuelve a España porque no se han pagado los gastos de aduana en Reino Unido, se descontarán esos costes una vez recibamos el paquete en nuestro almacén.

ℹ️ Shipping to the United Kingdom

If you’re shopping from the UK, please keep in mind:

  • Our products are shipped without VAT or customs duties from Spain.

  • When your order arrives, you’ll need to pay the VAT applicable in the UK.

  • If your order is over £130, you’ll also need to pay any customs duties charged by UK authorities.

🚚 Deliveries

  • We ship with UPS. They will contact you by SMS or email with the details of any customs charges.

  • UPS will make 2 delivery attempts. If your parcel needs to be stored for a further delivery attempt, additional storage fees may apply.

🔄 Returns

If an order is returned to Spain because customs charges in the UK were not paid, these costs will be deducted once we receive the parcel back in our warehouse.


Shipping policies to the United Kingdom (UK)
All our orders are VAT exempt at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the package, your country's customs authority will charge you the corresponding VAT.
If you do not pay this amount, the package will be returned and we will have to pass on the resulting costs: shipping costs, unpaid VAT, return and handling costs.
Please note that orders under £130 are exempt from customs duties.
However, for orders exceeding this amount, customs duties will be applied in addition to the corresponding VAT.
For this reason, we recommend placing orders for less than £130.

📦 Shipments to the United Kingdom (UK)

    ✅ No VAT on purchase → You will pay it when you receive the package.

    🚫 If you do not pay VAT, the order will be returned and you will be charged: shipping + outstanding VAT + return + handling.

    💡 Orders < £130 → No customs duties.

    📈 Orders > £130 → With customs duties + VAT.
