Your bikini will take very little time to be in your hands. If it is directed to a location that is on the peninsula, it will take between 48-72h. If you live in the Balearic Islands 48-72h. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or the rest of Europe between 4-7 days. If you live outside of Europe it can be up to 10 days later.

Shipments to Spain 4.99€ (shipments over 100€ FREE)

Shipments to Balearic islands and Portugal: 6€
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10€
Shipments Europe: 10€

IMPORTANT. To be able to make an exchange or return, make sure you have tried the bottom with your underwear on. Only products which: are in their perfect original condition, without any stain. Changes or returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Exchanges

Exchanges need to be registered on this link. This service is exclusively dedicated to those individuals in search of an alternative size for their clothing. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the process is initiated. 

Exchanges shipping costs: 

Spain: 6.5€

Europe: 12.50€

Worldwide: 37.00€

Returns 

Returns need to be registered on this link. Returned orders will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days from the reception. An email confirmation will be sent when the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original customer’s form of payment. 

Please note that the returned shipping costs will be deducted from the amount. 

1. After a pool/beach day put your bikini in cold water and clean it.

2. Wash the bikini by hand with cold water, be careful with washing machine! Always use cold water and softener.

3. Take advantage of Summer heat and let your swimwear dry outside, but without direct sunlight.
