To be able to make an exchange or return, make sure you have tried the bottom with your underwear on. Only products which: are in their perfect original condition, without any stain. Changes or returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Register your return or exchange HERE no later than 14 days from the date you received the product. This action will redirect them to Rever, where they will need to input their order number and email address. All canceled orders will incur a €6 fee.  IMPORTANT: In special offers such as Black Friday, Sales, etc., refunds will not be made. Only credits.
